Can I request a custom made order?
If the item is listed as hand made you can request a custom made order which is more suitable, providing the required supplies are available. Contact us via our listed e-mail address with your request. We will have the order made and when ready contact you with pictures of the completed item.

How long is the shipping time to my country?
For a small packet ( bubble envelope) shipping times generally vary according to destination. The general rule is: Within Canada- 5-7 business days United States- 7-10 business days United Kingdom-10-14 business days Europe- 10-14 business days Australia- 14-21 business days Other Destinations- Allow 14-21 business days *Please note these are only estimates. Generally the item reaches the destination at the earliest of the allotted times. Shipping times may need to be adjusted during peak mailing periods such as holidays and due to inclement weather.*

Will I be given tracking information?
Due to the high cost of postal rates we are unable to provide tracking information on items that offer free shipping. We will Provide tracking information on larger items.

Will my item be insured?
Unfortunately on items that have free shipping we can not provide shipping insurance. On items that have a value exceeding $60.00 we will provide shipping insurance as well as tracking information for additional protection.

We do not charge tax on items.We are not responsible for any duty charges incurred with on line purchases . Please check with your country's policies regarding duty charges before making any on line purchase.

Can I get a refund or exchange on unsuitable items?
**Unfortunately we can not refund or exchange body jewelry for hygienic reasons** Other items may be exchanged or refunded providing the item is returned at customer expense and is unused or undamaged. All items must be returned to us in the original packaging with all accompanying tags. A exchange for the proper size will be given providing we have a more suitable size in stock if not we will provide a refund where appropriate. Please contact us first if you require a refund or exchange on a purchase.
